What you should know About Printing Turnaround Time

What is submission cutoff time?

Your file must be submitted on our website by 9 A.M. PST so we can have sufficient time to review your files and upload the proof before 12 noon PST to make sure that it is ready for printing. You can also submit your files before 12 noon PST to have your files uploaded before the 5PM PST cut-off. Always keep these rules and conditions in mind for you to be able to have your files printed at your desired turnaround time.

When does production turnaround start?

Our production turnaround begins the moment you approve our final proofs and when payment is already posted if the proof is requested. However, if a proof is waived production turnaround time starts when your file is already approved for printing. When these are already settled, our team can then proceed with printing, cutting, and binding.
